Tested & works. Does not come with the charger. DVD player has some scratches and scuffs throughout. Has a little raised residue on the left side on the inside and out. Menu/Setup button is a little stiff when pressing on it but still works. See pictures for condition and measurements. Comes with a case. Case is missing the rivets on the backside.
